The Carlson Gracie style of BJJ is aggressive and pressure-based, which is a staple of the "old school" style of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We at Florence BJJ teach the Carlson Gracie style mixed with more modern techniques that many practitioners use in Jiu-Jitsu competitions.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is definitely appropriate for children. We hold children's classes every Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. We offer a fun and safe training environment for our little practitioners.
